Say Goodbye to Pests!

These guys are everything you want in a pest control company - prompt, efficient and professional. I called them based on their Yelp reviews and they responded the same day. The technicians identified the problem within a matter of minutes & set about doing the treatment in a very thorough and detailed manner. They stand behind their work and followed up each treatment with excellent communication. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and I definitely will recommend them to friends and neighbors. Side note: they're also pretty reasonably priced compared to their competitors.

Like a previous reviewer stated, I based my choice in choosing Extermis on the reviews. I am glad I did. I called today and initially made the appointment for tomorrow, Saturday, but then asked if it is possible to come out today instead. I was put on hold for all of 5 seconds, then was told he cause have someone out around 4. About 4:15, I received a call saying they'd be at my residence within 20 mins. Sure enough, Jacob and Edward arrived as promised. They both did a walk through inspection, and Jacob gave a thorough explanation of a plan of action to my concerns. His knowledge of products, their effects and reactions on the insects, and what to expect to see afterward were utterly impressive. He was extremely articulate and informative as well. They completed the job effectively and efficiently. I would HIGHLY recommend Extermis for all your pest control needs.

Jacob and Edward came out the same day I asked for a quote. They were kind and extremely professional and knowledgeable. They both really went above and beyond to go over everything with me and answer all of my questions. I also found their pricing very fair. I would definitely recommend this company.

I got my roaches problem finally fixed and I received an outstanding customer service form the owner itself. He visit us to check the issue and I receive an extra treatment for free. I do recommend this company for any bugs infestations.

Excellent communication and reliable. Nick is the owner and tech that took care of my situation. He was very knowledgeable and had the correct solution to my problem. I spoke to several other highly rated companies prior to picking Nick's and he verified everything I had already heard and came with a better price. Highly recommend and will use again if need be.
